NEWNESS UPDATE: Fall 2020 Scents Part 2 *UPDATED*
As you may or may not know, some of the latest fall scents popped up online (and in some opened stores) at the beginning of the month. Today, round 2 of this year's fall scents have appeared online first thing this morning...
As you can see, this collection is all of the usual conceptual fall staples/fan favs - Leaves, Autumn, Cranberry Woods & Marshmallow Fireside.
The Perfect Autumn is back; we can just assume that's here to stay as a fall staple, I'm not sure why. My new fall bae, Pumpkin Clove, is back - YAY! Lastly there's Lakeside Morning, which (I believe) is just a renamed Lakeside Sunrise
The second collections is another set of conceptual aromatherapy-sh vaguely autumnal scents - Almond Blossom (which I assume is the same Almond we've seen before or it might be based on the bodycare) , White Tea & Sage, Lavender Vanilla and Crisp Morning Air (OMG I'm so tired of seeing this scent, it's not that good). Bright Citrus Sunflower - Juicy Mandarin Orange, Golden Sunflower, Creamy Suede (I'm gonna guess this is Golden Citrus from 2017 aka Autumn Sunshine)
Champagne Apple & Honey - Pink Lady Apple, Sparkling Champagne, Jasmine Honey (based on the bodycare of the same name)

I have seen candles on social media that are not online that may be part of this 2nd collection thata re a bit more autumnal; they have similar looking labels/tumblers but the candle names are at the top. The returning scents are Leaves, Sweater Weather, Autumn Woods, Honeycrisp Apple (aka Farmstand Apple) and White Eucalyptus & Sage. There's one "new" scent...
Acorn Lane - Autumn Leaves, Warm Cinnamon, Crisp Gala Apples (scent reviews have been all over the place - some say it's say it's similar to Fall Farmhouse while others say it smells like a spicy/cinnamony version of Autumn. I have a theory - could this be, GASP, AUTUMN NIGHT?!

There will also be 3 Halloween candles. The scents are the same mh scents we see year after year - Vampire Blood, Hot Cocoa & Scream (Cream) and Purrfect Pumpkin aka Shit Cinnamon Poopkin. I gotta say though, the packaging kinda makes up for it. None of the cartoony nonsense we normally - they're black and white with Halloween scenes with horror movie-esque misty look; surprisingly adult looking for BBW. Also Ghoul Friend is back as well as Midnight BOO (*facepalm) Citrus with black gothic lacy looking labels.
So, for the moment, that's it for fall. All in all, it all kinda feels a little blah - the scents are meh, the packaging are even meh-ier. With the exception of the grand return of Leaves, Pumpkin Clove and Vanilla Sage (there are wallflower refills this year) and intrigue of Acorn Lane, I'm not particularly excited. Besides that one year where there were hardly any fall scents, I may skip fall altogether and just enjoy the scents I already have.

I'm so glad and pleasantly surprised that they brought Pumpkin Clove and Vanilla Sage back!
