Winter 2014 Candle Inspired Cocktails

Twisted Peppermint (shot)
Pinnacle Peppermint Bark
Pinnacle Whipped Cream

Pour a splash of PPB and WC over ice in cocktail shaker. Pour contents into shot glass.

(You can either place a candy cane in it or line glass rim with crushed candy canes or peppermints)

Frosted Cranberry (Cosmo)
Ocean Spray White Cranberry Strawberry juice
Absolut Cherrykran
Peach Schnapps
Triple Sec

Pour in your Cherrykran (or Raspberri) over ice in shaker. Add a splash of Peach Schnapps and an even smaller splash of Triple Sec. Top with White Cranberry Strawberry. Shake and pour

Winter (highball)
Orange juice
Lillet Blanc
Marmalade
rosemary

Muddle rosemary with pulpless orange (or blood orange) juice in a cocktail . Add a dollop of marmalade and then ice. Shake then pour in glass. Top with Lillet Blanc

Vanilla Bean Noel (martini)
Pinnacle Chocolate Whipped
Pinnacle Vanilla
Rumchata
vanilla

Pour in a splash of PCW and PV over ice in cocktail shaker. Top with a splash of Rumchata then one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Shake and pour in glass

(you can decorate with vanilla bean)

Winter Candy Apple (martini)
Sour Apple Pucker
Smirnoff Green Apple vodka
Triple Sec
grenadine

Pour in your Smirnoff over ice in shaker. Pour in a splash of Sour Pucker and even smaller splash of Triple Esc. Top with a small splash of grenadine for color. Shake and pour

(you can add a slice of a candy apple on the rim for decoration.)

Cinnamon Caramel Swirl (martini)

Fresh Sparkling Snow (Tom Collins)
Absolut Pear
St Germaine elderflower liqueur
Midori
club soda
blue coloring

Pour your AP over ice in shaker. Then pour a splash of Midori. Top with a splash of St Germaine (then add one drop of blue food coloring but thats optional) Shake and pour in glass then top with club soda.

Tis the Season (highball or hot toddy)
apple cider
apple pie spice (cinnamon/nutmeg/clove)
brown sugar
brandy
Applejack
rosemary

Muddle rosemary with brown sugar (or dollop of maple syrup) and apple pie spice. Add about a tablespoon of brandy. Pour in your Applejack. Shake then pour. Top with cider and add a dash of cinnamon.

(This could be served hot as a toddy)

Vanilla Snowflake (shot)
Malibu Rum
Pinnacle Whipped Cream vodka
Peppermint Schnapps

Pour PWC over ice in shaker. Then pour one splash of Malibu then one tiny splash of PS. Shake and pour.

(you can decorate the rim with sugar)

Hot Buttered Rum (hot drink)
unsalted butter
dark spiced rum (Captain Morgan or Kraken)
brown sugar
cinnamon
nutmeg
salt
boiled water

Mix a butter stick with your sugar and spices with electric mixer. Boil two cups of water in pot. Add a few generous splashes of dark (spiced) rum. Add the butter mixture and stir slowly til butter completely melts. Serve piping hot.

Spiced Apple Toddy (hot drink)
apple cider
apple pie spice
brandy or whiskey
vanilla
honey

Pour about 2-3 cup of apple cider in pot over medium heat. Drop in cinnamon sticks and apple spice (or you can use mulling spice kit) Add a few splashes of brandy (or whiskey or dark rum) Add a tablespoon of vanilla. Sweeten with honey. Boil til pipping hot.

Bailey's Irish Creme

Pour your PCW and PM in glass. Top with Baileys. Stir and sip

Marshmallow Fireside (shot)
Pinnacle Marshmallow
Patron Café

Pour in Patron. Top with splash of PM

(You can add a mini marshmallow or dollop of marshmallow cream)

Cinnamon Frosting (shot)
Pinnacle Cake

Pour PC  and Baileys in shaker. Shake and pour. Add dash of cinnamon on top.

(You can decorate rim with actual cinnamon/vanilla cake frosting)

pumpkin pie spice

Pour in your FW. Add a splash of Hot Damn. Add a dash of pumpkin pie spice (or just cinnamon and clove, obvi)

Merry Cookie (shot)
Bailey's Irish Crème
Godiva White Chocolate
Pinnacle Cake
French Vanilla creamer

Pour a splash of each in shaker. Shake and pour. Top with a tiny splash of FV creamer

(you can decorate the rim with colorful rainbow sprinkles or nonpareils)

Butterscotch Toffee (shot)
Crown Royal Maple
Butterscotch Schnapps

Pour CRM, halfwsy full. Top with one tiny splash of BS. CHUG

Pumpkin Gingerbread (martini)
Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie vodka
Don de Canton ginger liquer
Rumchata

Pour PPP in shaker over ice. Pour in your Rumchata then top with a splash of DDC. Shake then pour

(You can add a dash of pumpkin pie spice or crumbled gingerbread cookie/gingersnaps on top as decoration

Gourmet Espresso (martini)
Pinnacle Whipped Chocolate vodka
Godiva chocolate liqueur
Kahlua
Starbuck espresso liqueur

Pour in your your PWC over ice in shaker. Pour in a splash of Kahlua and one tiny dash of Starbucks. Swirl Godiva in a spiral in glass. Pour your drink

(You can drop in a few chocolate espresso beans)

Mint Mocha Bark (shot)
Pinnacle Peppermint Bark
Creme de Menthe
Godiva White Chocolate liqueur

Pour in your GWC in shot glass. Top with with PPB and a small dash of CDM. Stir and chug

Peach Bellini (champagne flute)
Prosecco
Peach Schnapps

Pour in a splash of PS. Top with Prosecco. Drop in a few chilled cranberries or black currants

Cranberry Pear Bellini (champagne flute)
Sparkling Martinelli Apple-Pear cider
Sparkling Martinelli Cranberry-Apple cider
Prosecco

Pour half splash of AP cider then half splash of CA cider. Top with Prosecco. Drop in a few frozen cranberries

Champagne Toast (Mimosa/champagne flute)
Prosecco
Cointreau
orange juice
black currant juice

Pour in splash of blackcurrant juice. Add a tiny splash of Cointreau (or Triple Sec). Pour in Prosecco and top with orange juice.

Merry Mistletoe (cosmo)
Absolut Pear
cranberry juice
Triple Sec
rosemary

Muddle rosemary with Triple Sec (or Cointreau) Drop in a few ice cubes. Pour in AP. Top with cranberry juice. Shake and pour.

Sparkling Confetti (martini)
Pinnacle Whipped Cream
Absolut Peach
Peach Schnapps
St Germaine elderflower liqueur

Pour in PWC over ice. Add a splash of Absolut Peach and a smaller splash of Peach Schnapps (or if you're worries this might be too strong, you can just use the Schnapps). Add a tiny splash of St Germaine. Shake and pour.

(you can add a dash of edible glitter to make it make sparkly)
